Chitrajeet Upadhyaya has a legal practice spanning across the last two decades at the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad. He began to pursue his degree in law from Gujarat University. Simultaneously, he began learning his legal training in the year 2000 as a paralegal. After rigorous training as a paralegal for three years, he finally set foot in the legal world as a young criminal lawyer who conducted various criminal trials and encounter trials of an extremely complex nature. In his many years of practice, Chitrajeet Upadhyaya has served as an Assistant Government Pleader for the Government of Gujarat at the High Court of Gujarat and has obtained many remarkable judgments in his tenure as an A.G.P. In addition to that, he continued to outshine in innumerable Trust matters as an impaneled legal counsel for the Charity Commissioner. He has appeared as a standing counsel for several high-profile legal matters pertaining to Electoral & Political issues of the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) for the past 12 years and has secured many landmark judgments that have been published and have an extreme jurisprudential eminence. Our founder Mr.Upadhyaya is not just limited to one sector of law and his bright career of 20 years is a living proof that he is an all-rounder when it comes to law - his legal acumen, crisp accuracy and ethical legal strategies have served interest of all our clients and organizations that have associated themselves with our firm. He strongly believes in the virtues of authenticity, morality and ethical practices. In this firm, he tries to inculcate the same amongst his associates and all paralegals with a view to achieve particularly desired results by correct application of law, logic and knowledge. His vision for the legal fraternity and his continuous endeavor in his practice is to attain the most impartial administration of law for he feels that it is the strongest and the most undermined pillar of Democracy.
